Refund & Cancellation Policy (İptal ve İade Koşulları)

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have questions or are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. If you purchase an annual subscription and decide to cancel, you will retain access for the duration of the year, but we will not issue a prorated refund.

3. Statutory Rights (Turkey)

In accordance with Turkish consumer law (Tüketiciyi Koruma Kanunu), digital services that are immediately executed and accessed upon payment (such as SaaS subscriptions) are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı).
